How refunds work across subscriptions and courses. Contacting a carer is free — there is no connection fee to refund. The full text will be completed with counsel before launch.
Subscriptions
Family Unlimited, Care Vault Pro, the Family Bundle, Chronicle and the Library Pass can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law apply.
Courses
One-off course purchases carry the statutory 14-day cancellation right, which is waived only where you choose to start the course immediately, as UK consumer law provides.
Payments between families and carers
Money families pay carers is agreed and settled between them directly and is outside this policy.
