Who we are
Care World, Care Vault and the Library are operated by Chronix Health Group Ltd (company number 16663224), the data controller for personal data processed in these products.
What we collect
Account details you give us; content you add (profiles, postings, care notes, documents); and technical data needed to run the service. Care records in Care Vault are collected and shown only as you direct.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use care records for advertising. There is no advertising anywhere in these products, and analytics run only with your consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export and delete your data. In Care Vault these rights are built in as product features — export and deletion are self-serve.
Retention & security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, retained only as long as your account needs it, and deleted on your instruction subject to legal obligations.

Chronix Health Group Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZB962513.
