Find the help you need, where you already coordinate it.
The carer network is on the way. When it launches, families will be able to find independent carers and connect with them directly — right alongside the vault, the calendar and the circle they already use.
The family coordination tools and the Library are live today — we'll let you know the moment the carer network opens.
Built around your choice — start to finish.
When the carer network launches, this is how families will find help. Every step keeps you in control.
Describe the help you need
You'll post the support you're looking for — the kind of help, the hours, and your area — in a couple of minutes.
Carers get in touch
Independent carers who do that work will be able to respond, sharing their experience and the details they choose to.
You choose who to talk to
You'll read what each carer shares, and decide who to speak with. Care World won't rank or pick for you — the choice is always yours.
Arrange it directly
You'll agree the work directly with the carer. Care World never takes a share of what you pay for care.
An introduction — never a middleman on your care.
The carer network will be an introductory model: Care World helps families and independent carers find each other, and families always contract carers directly. Care World never takes a share of what you pay for care — any plan you choose pays for the software, never for the care itself.
Care World is software, not a care provider, and it is not regulated by the CQC. It doesn't provide, arrange or oversee care, and it doesn't choose a carer for you — every decision stays with your family.
A preview of how it'll feel.
When the carer network launches, you'll filter to find independent carers in your area, read each full profile, and decide who to speak with yourself. This is an early look — join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment it opens.

These are example profiles to show how search feels — not real carers, and there are no ratings or rankings. The carer network — and the real search — is on the way.
